Are there any agency fees?
- No fees are collected from the client or the VAs. We only charge overhead for our in-house VAs to cover the expenses of their training, coaching & management.
How much do you charge for In-house VAs?
- Based on VAs expertise, we charge between $0.3 to $1.5 per hour.
Do we need to sign a contract?
- No contract is needed for Verified VAs except for in-house VAs (6 months to 1-year contract).
What are my options if I decided to terminate the contract?
- This is on a case-to-case basis: We can replace your VA or void the contract.
Does VVAP use time tracker software?
- Yes. We use the standard version of Time Doctor to track our in-house VA's productivity.
Does VVAP provide employee benefits?
- Yes. Regular VAs are entitled to HMO & SSS Contributions as part of their benefits.
